Methods

Ingredients

Tomato - 1 large (finely chopped)

Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Kasturi methi - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - To decorate

Methods
